Muzaffer Kayhan was born in 1926 in Izmir.

In 1948, he settled in Söke and started farming.

In 1963, with his brother-in-law Halil Firat, he founded SÖKE DEĞİRMENCİLİK (SÖKE UN) Company and became industrialist.

In 1966 he became the Chairman of Board of Directors in Söke Ticaret Borsası, in which he was also one of the founders,  and  had served there for 18 years and  then he served as chairman of the assembly for 4 years.

In 1972 he founded SÖKTAŞ A.Ş. Until 2013, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Söktaş.

ARİFE SEYDA KAYHAN

She was born in Söke in 1933. After completing primary school Söke, she attended Izmir American College and graduated from there in 1951. In 1954 she married with Muzaffer Kayhan.

She has two sons.
